Having gone through a few different libraries and frameworks I’ve settled on Astro for the time being to be the base for my website.

Tailwind CSS

Tailwind is used to provide the basis for the CSS. The following are different resources used:

The theme change is powered by JS from here which I might use to extend beyond just the light and dark theme.
The Footer is provided by Merakiui, the Details version, here.
